CariZMa was conceptualized in 2002 through a lunch meeting in Amman, Jordan by the two founders: Khalil Jaouni and Adham Bahgat.

Khalil and Adham come from a big 5 background and worked together on multiple CRM, Interaction Management and Strategy related projects, mostly among the financial service industry, when they were working at Andersen.

Khalil Jaouni has over 18 years experience of management consulting, including 5 years in partner positions at Andersen in the Middle East, with an 18-month mid-point stint in London.

Adham Bahgat has over 10 years of experience in CRM and channel management and consulting including more than 3 years as a senior manager at Andersen, Ernst & Young, responsible for the CRM practice in the MENA region.
