CariZMa and HCI will join forces to provide globally recognized Talent Management training programs to the MENA region. The programs will take place over three events in Quarters 1, 2, and 4 of 2011. The events will focus on responding to the human capital challenges in the MENA region.

In Quarter 1, 2011, CariZMa and HCI will deliver the Human Capital Strategist (HCS) certification program. The program, held in Dubai, focuses on mastering talent management and responding to the challenges and complex paradigms of human capital management in the MENA region.

In Quarter 2, 2011, the partnership will deliver the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) certification program. The program, held in London, focuses on aligning human capital with the strategic objectives of the business. It also presents techniques and tools to help organizations understand and solve some of the most pressing challenges to businesses in the MENA region.

In Quarter 4, 2011, the partnership will deliver the Master SWP & HCS certification program. The program, held in Sharm El Sheikh, provides advanced talent management training that integrates tailored practical exercises. The program is available for candidates who successfully completed either or both HCS and SWP programs.
