Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies is proud to announce a new course in cooperation with CariZMa (UAE) and The Call Centre School (TCCS), for the aspiring call center manager. The 2-day workshop is targeted for call center managers and senior supervisors in the banking industry.  At the end of the course, attendees will undergo a test to obtain the international certification.  Eight banks have already signed up for the workshop to be conducted 28 – 29 November, 2010.
