Mohamed ElSaadany

Mohamed has over 14 years of solid training know-how in customer experience, call center, sales, HR and quality service management mainly focusing on customer engagement and talent management. Mohamed started his career at Vodafone Egypt – Customer Operation, and progressed to more senior roles over a 5-year period. He then undertook training and consulting assignments to various corporations in MENA region. Mohamed joined CariZMa in early 2006, as senior consultant and currently resides in Riyadh, where he drives the growth of our Saudi practice helping leading organizations in people development. He is a dynamic executive with an impressive track record at 9 telecom operators, and at numerous banks and companies in other sectors. Over his career, Mohamed conducted more than 1,600 training/coaching days to 10,000 delegates ‚front liners, middle Management & top management‚ across the MENA region. He is a certified trainer by TCCS in USA, a competency profile consultant by HRSG in Canada, and master coach by Consciousness Coaching in South Africa accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), also he is a certified consultant from Human Capital Insatiate for HCS ‚Human Capital Strategy. Mohamed holds a BA double major in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University.
