We advise clients on strategies for contact centre outsourcing and BPO, helping them with defining requirements, considering options, selecting an outsourcing service provider whether onshore, near-shore or offshore. Our knowledge encompasses service outsourcing and BPO industry in the Middle East, North Africa, and globally. We aim to promote and position the MENA region as an alternative destination for offshore outsourcing services to Europe and US. We continue to build our network of centres in the region (from Morocco to Oman) to promote the service capabilities and capitalize on skill arbitrage and offshore servicing countries such as Morocco, Egypt and Jordan.
